We also offer handmade jewellery, specifically made to customers’ requirements, at our own store in the heart of Canterbury, Palace Street Jewellers, 16 Palace Street, CT1 2DZ.  If you’re not sure about what you want, please do come in, browse some of our own exclusive designs and talk through your ideas.  We’d love to help you design your own piece of art.

Our customers come from far and wide and that’s why we’ve taken our store online.  You can now order from our in store range and receive delivery of your jewellery items within 2 – 3 days when in stock, or we will advise you immediately if there may be a delay.  We offer a full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or offer you an exchange for any other item, if returned within 7 days of receipt; this is subject to our terms and conditions.

We aim to continue our exemplary customer service from store to shopping online after winning the Platinum Mystery Shopper Award for East Kent. Palace Street Jewellers, along with over 100 other independent shops in Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay, signed up to a scheme run by Canterbury City Council and Business Link Kent to celebrate quality in customer service.  As a result every one of the 120 businesses were, unbeknown to them, visited by a mystery shopper who scored them on a range of attributes from staff friendliness, knowledge and professionalism to the presentation, cleanliness and layout of their premises.
